Came from Halifax on the train for 1 night to celebrate our birthdays. Fun little advaenture. LOVED OUR ROOM! Two queen beds with a couch. New and very modern. Pool was great. Staff great. Restaurant attached was amazing. We are just going for breakfast now!
The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are nice, though I’m not a big fan of the shower. The gym is great and has everything you’d need to keep up with workouts while traveling. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and overall the staff are friendly—though a few times I noticed receptionists not smiling or seeming happy. My main frustration is their policy of charging a half day for early check-in, even if rooms are available. Otherwise, it’s a solid and comfortable place to stay.
My husband and I travelled 5 provinces and this was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our journey. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. It was a very spacious room with a seating area, the view was non existent as we were over some type of roof. Overall it was wonderful and would likely stay here again next time!
Excellent hotel in the heart of Moncton! Perfect location right in the center of the city, next to the Avenir Centre where all the concerts, hockey games, and other events take place. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, and if you need something extra — just ask, and they’ll make it happen! A great place for weddings, meetings, corporate events, and conferences. Highly recommend!
Lovey decorated, clean, the breakfast is enjoyable and the restaurant is delightful Carrabba's has the best waiter Alexandre!! And Eva at front desk is very helpful and friendly, just what you need when you arrive from a long trip!!
Can not say enough great things about this place. Prefect spot for a big family to stay. Rooms are clean and fresh and definitely well kept. Breakfast is included and provides many options each morning to fill you to start your day. Great coffee and hot chocolate. Pool is very clean and lots of fresh towels. And the staff are beyond amazing. Friendly and helpful. Has made our stay in Moncton easy and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and be back.
I stayed at Hyatt Place Moncton / Downtown and overall had a good experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and the breakfast was decent with a good variety to start the day. My room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the bed. It didn’t feel properly clean and had a lingering smell of cologne and sweat, which was disappointing given how great the rest of the hotel was. Aside from that, it’s a solid choice in Moncton with great service and a nice atmosphere.
My flight arrived at 10:30 AM and I went straight to the hotel to leave my bags on consignment before check in time. Without even asking, they told me I could come back at around noon for an early check-in. Superb customer service. Great, clean rooms. Very nice breakfast that is included. Good swimming pool and gym area. Great location.
